A Dream is 

  • Emotional and often idealistic
  • Broad, imaginative idea of what you want
  • Doesn’t necessarily have a clear path or plan

A Vision is 

  • Focused and strategic
  • A vivid picture of a future you are actively working toward
  • Often includes purpose, direction, and steps to achieve it
